obviously i'm not Unyquity, but from what i gather -- you shouldn't take IF2 until you are more regular (2-3 BMs a day).

the bentinite and phyllium will add "bulk" and possibly back you up even more.

at least that is the way i understand it.

please correct me if i'm wrong....
