"Could you start with just one part? and then build-"
I'm not sure whether you're refering to my overly long account, or healing one thing at a time. If its the story, you're right of course, that was a lot to read through. If you're asking about treatment one step at a time, it turned out more that way than I planned. I got sick 5 years ago. Healing was more step by step than I wanted. I'm feeling pretty good and anticipating more with the seawater coming, but have a lot of weight to lose. I'm hoping my hair grows back somewhat too, but don't know if that happens or not.
I left a lot out, like the gum disease that wasn't there before I got sick (the dentist admitted stress and lowered immunity probably did it). Any of you get that also? And then there was the Arthritis that settled into a back injury that wouldn't heal. Adrenals affect inflammatory processes and immune function, so that often factors in.
I forgot a type of treatment I did at the doctor's request that stimulates blood circulation, but I'll describe that after I get it written up with illustrations on my website. No cost. You can do it yourself alone with one big towel, water, and a blanket. It's called Constitutional Hydrotherapy, and it's both powerful and gentle, but it works even better if you've got a partner willing to help you (and more towels). It helps any condition that benefits from improved blood circulation.
