From your earlier posts, I gather that you are really attached to the idea of being a fruitarian. However, with the symptoms that you are getting, I would worry a bit about whether that's in fact such a good choice. Headaches, brain fog, dizzyness, immediately feeling better after eating those dates and figs, overeating on those berries... Sounds a lot like withdrawal symptoms from Sugar to me (whether it be white Sugar or fruit sugar).

By the way, once upon a time I have also tried to become a fruitarian, but this did not work out at all for me (high blood pressure, weight gain, nervousness, etc.). And those can't have been detox symptoms as I regularly do Water Fasts without any problems.

I guess you already know about the pros and cons of a fruitarian diet, but maybe this article will interest you nevertheless, because it also talks about a near fruitarian diet and the things that you can then best eat next to the fruit:
