Yes it is your reaction to food, large food molecules, incompletely digested which your immune system reacts to. Quercetin has some antihistamine effects so it might be worth looking at that for the time being. Be aware that very large doses can cause damage so do not go overboard on it popping capsules every hour. Some foods are high in quercetin BTW. That sounds like the result of histamine. Your blood histamine levels are probably high which sensitizes your body to allergens. This happens with hayfever where antihistamines are usually used. That does not really solve it because the cause of the high histamine is not addressed. High histamine levels can also cause sleep disturbances in some cases because it is a brain stimulant which can prevent sleep in some people. A bit of an update... I drank a glass of 3 squeezed lemons to see if it gave me a reaction and it didn’t so that tells me it was the olive oil. I then assumed it was maybe a food or preservative I’m loads of foods that I’m constantly eating, maybe salicylates for example. Hello, I don’t know if this will work for your situation but I did raw garlic half cloves chewed on it as much as poss until mushy in mouth then swallowed my lungs immediately opened up and I was great. It did wear off as hours passed but I only did half clove not even. Also one can use a garlic press/ mincer and drain the garlic juice into cup and add it with silver or just tiny water and drink it .
