ICU's Strongyloides Protocol: Day 16
ICU's strongyloides protocol: Day 16
Date: 2/17/2014 7:17:31 AM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 1935 times Nothing spectacular to report. I've stopped digging through my poop, because a) it disgusts me and b) there is seemingly nothing to see. If I have huge tapeworm or ascaris, you'd think I'd see them by now, but since I haven't, I'm going to assume they are gone, or too strong to be killed with this protocol.
The fatty food is making me very sick, plus I'm trying to lose weight, so I'm going to take the ABZ with only Coconut milk from now on and go back to my regular diet. Coconut milk is healthy, has anti-parasitic properties, and has over 40g of fat in 3/4 cup. It's pretty expensive, so I'm looking for ways to make my own. I thought about just eating plain coconut, but I'd have to eat almost two cups of it to get my fat, so coconut milk it is.
I feel o.k. now, just a little nausea with my morning dose of ABZ, but that is because my stomach hates any kind of food early in the morning. Still a few worms coming out of my skin here and there, but not a lot. Still having some pain in the joints on my right side, but I imagine that's die-off, and nothing can really get into that area to flush the crap out, so what can I do but take some Aleve and live with it? Last night it was my right shoulder.
The biting feelings in my gut have stopped. Still some squiggling in my right eye at night, but the iodine eye drops seem to stop that. Some pain in my gallbladder and if I drink too much fluid, I get pains that feel like kidney stones trying to pass on my right side. I wonder why it's never on my left side?
Anyway, that's all there is to report. I think maybe the two-weeks of the protocol have cleared out the hyperinfection and now all there is to do is knock back the rest and the new hatchlings and get them under control.
