Made the mistake of
watching the Levee documentary
on HBO last night. The misery in New Orleans
continues.
IBS continues.
Went out and bought a bunch of supplements
yesterday at Whole Foods. It was a fun visit
with lots of inspiration, but I was distracted
before I could write about it.
Some banking.
A good long visit with H here at the house.
So cold in here.
Feel like my bowel is in spasm...much concern.
Have spend numbers of winters with low energy.
Wanted to do some cleanup.
Moving slowly.
Dark inside here right now.
Feel lower than I would imagine.
Overcome with something not sure what...
maybe avoiding.
