Thanks for the tips...especially the epsom salts one. I will try it. My diet is rather rich in magnesium....I eat a lot of veggies, seeds, nuts, tahini, soy...(mostly in the form of soy milk) and grains - although I eat less grains in the summer than I do in the winter. Prehaps I am not aborbing...I have been told I am low in calcium...which is related. I have been taking a calcium supplement with enzymes...I know that is a bandaid, but I had it on hand and wanted to see if things would calm down. They have, a bit. LIke I said above, I stopped my progesterone cream, and my most recent bout with insomnia backed off right away...but that is not my only cause of not sleeping.
