It always takes some time to get used to all the forums. There is a special liverflush support forum, it is usually pretty active.
To-morrow morning I will answer this message on the liverflush forum.

For now make yourself familiar with the forums. Under cleanses at the top of the page are all the "cleanses" mentioned.
On most pages at the top are FAQ and R(ated) messages with good information.

In the beginning it might be confusing since there are so many different methods how you can do things, so you also will get a mixture of answers, but don't worry , there is no rush just do one step at the time.

For general searches there is box at the top right of the page, just try different words like liverflush, burp, sulfur or any word you can think of that applies to you.
Like on this page you can just get Andreas information or click on all forums and you will get a mixture of protocols.
