Hi Tsetsi,

I tried your detox formula (limes/yolks/oil) last night shortly after midnight for the first time. I woke up the following morning and did an enema at around 0830, however I didn't notice anything unusual come out. In fact hardly anything came out except water. Am I doing something wrong? For example you suggest doing an enema 3 or 4 hours after taking the formula. Is taking an enema 8 hours after the formula too long?
