I know exactly where you got that quoted message from because I too coped & pasted this from cancer cures site for own. I pasted this in Notepad & saved it for printout myself.
I don't know about the goat's milk thing. I just don't know where I'm gonna get this at locally. As for the "raw honey" I'm sure that if I ask around or look around seriously then I can get raw bee's honey but this could be a problem. I see that you say processed honey turns to 70% sugar & raw to 35% sugar but it's still sugar & that's one of the thing I thought you're supposed to avoid. I know bee's honey is natural but it's sugar. I don't see why organic honey would hurt the diet or even regular honey for that matter. I know you're implying heat-based but sometimes these things can be hard to deal with getting.
You also say this as well: "All the company say organic and charge you an arm and a leg but you are loosing all the values by using that heat produced products." If this is the case then what's the purpose of buying organic canned food then? I mean regular canned food items have preservatives & other added ingredients so isn't organic taking these things out for a natural benefit? I know that the preservatives/added ingredients in regular canned items are bad for you. They cause toxins to build in the body after time but unless I'm badly mistaken I thought organic removed this stuff that's pretty much bad for you. It's more natural is what I thought with hardly any added ingredients. I just don't see how these organic items couldn't be used in the Budwig diet.
I'm going out later today to get some flaxseed meal from the organic store. I don't have a grinder nor do I really want to fool with grinding them up at home. This store has a 2 pound bag of flaxmeal for $5.49. I am going to keep this in the freezer once opening in an air-tight container.
I plan on possibly starting the diet either tomorrow or Sunday. I have pasted quite a few different recipes from over the net for this Budwig diet including some you posted yourself. The breakfast recipe along with the spread for pototoes(veggies) & also the varying other types is what I'm goons imply into my protocol. I couldn't find any organic nuts(other than peanuts) but I forgot to check the organic store when I was there yesterday.
There's one super grocery stor that carries a lot of organic stuff but they only had organic peanuts. I did get some organic pumpkin seeds to use. I plan on using sunflower seeds as well later. The only organic oils I found was coconut, sunflower,& sesame but these were outrageous prices. I did get a 16oz. bottle of coconut oil for $6 but these other oils were over $10 which I wasn't gonna pay this much for period.
Another thing I seen was the mention of cheese(Legan) to the diet. Are you supposed to get low-fat,fat-free,organic, or what in the other cheeses? I only found organic American cheese at the super grocery store but I didn't purchase any yet. Can you eat any type cheeses that's in the right category(fat-free,low-fat,organic)? Organic cheeses aren't very good sellers where I'm at so this stuff is hard to find. I was lucky to get the cottage cheese. I can get regular low-fat cheeses without any problems but this other is very hard to get. I love cheeses so I can eat this type food all day long. I'm just hoping it can be either low-fat or organic American cheese. I did see I think some organic Swiss cheese as well. Thanks for your time!
