Since you went off Sugar you lost weight and doing better so what's the problem?
Don't expect improvement over night in regards to candida. Sugar is bad for you
in any case, whether you have candida or not especially for depression.

Instead of Master Cleansing use rather educated cleansing. During detoxification of the body the best way for cleansing is enema. Another great way to fight Depression and clean your body is physical work out. Aerobics, yoga, bicycling whatever.
Regarding cayenne, I'm drinking it everyday and don't see any regression in my fight with candida.
