Re: Sugar squared by google tracking.
All nutritious food causes the same 'bad' insulin spikes and damage to the body when (this is the keyword) over-consumed. It's simply MUCH easier to over consume something like a soda or fruit drink than a bunch of
Celery or even chicken to get a bad insulin spike. The answer is not necessarily to call all sugars, such as in fruit, bad, this is simply ignorant.
The important thing to take away from this is that of course soda, high fructose corn syrup, etc, all come with unnatural and damaging ingredients unlike for example ozonated fruits (to remove the pesticides).
So, when you have natural foods high in
Sugar like fruits they are perfectly safe as long as you have very small meals spread out throughout the day to keep the blood
Sugar steady and not throw the body out of whack by downing 2 sodas back to back or half a liter of pulp free orange juice.. common sense.
In reality we have to keep in mind that every single thing we consume from
Sugar to fat to water can be deemed 'bad' for us simply by being ignorant to the fact that how much we eat at a time is an important factor in whether it's healthy or not.
