Re: Sugar and fruit loops.
I'm talking about natural foods such as fruits which aren't just sugar. I'm sure there are plenty of horrible side effects of downing tablespoons of pure
Sugar or sodas, as these are unbalanced foods.
What evidence is out there that has conclusively and objectively shown that
Sugar has immune suppressing effects when eaten along with other nutrients as it is in fruit? Of course, researchers almost always isolate substances in their 'scientific' tests to get a strong and biased result - it doesn't always (and usually never) reflects reality. Just because they feed rats or humans tons of super high sugar, nutrient lacking 'foods' and measure a blood
Sugar spike and negative immune effects doesn't mean the same thing happens when eating a high sugar diet when it comes from natural whole sources like fruits, chewed properly for proper duration, and in small quantities, as we are evolved to do in natural habitats.
You are right it's not black and white, in fact nothing negative can be drawn from natural sugar food sources like fruit at all when you throw out the shoddy-results scientists got from shoddy-methods. That's why it's utterly ridiculous to spread oversimplified and ignorant disinformation like 'sugar is bad', 'cholesterol is bad', 'fat is bad', etc.
