Just had an idea--

Have you ever tried Ma-Huang (ephedra). Banned in the U.S. but legal in Europe... Chinese stimulant.

I can't remember the formula, but there are a few that include ephedrine in them, it could work to calm you down, and might be safer or better tolerated than benedryl.
