Awesome A!! I know what you mean by the feeling of elation and empowerment Just like you I was feeling so good that I was ready to continue past 40 days. I stoped because I just felt that I had reached somekinda plateau where the benefits would be so minimal to continue and besides I really got cranked up about the "rebuilding faze" and all the changes I was gonna make like joining the gym etc etc.

Please don't get obessed with the weight thing. You have accomplished marvels even by your own account. It is very possible and highly likely that if you keep going with the goal of loosing 30 more lbs that anymore weight that you loose past this point will be from muscle tissue and you really don't want that. I would like to encourage you to do what Somer did when she went 59 days this summer is that somewhere around 40 days or so she switched to juice fasting. Hopefully she'll see your post and outline the regimen she followed in the later part of her cleanse. I'm relatively sure that she did some colonics towards the end and that she released some mighty nasty stuff. You will continue to loose the weight safely and effectively after the Master-Cleanse by eating a mostly raw diet and supplementing EFAs (essential fatty acids) and the absolute "must do" of getting some exercise.

I have done 3 long MCs 40/28/21 and I have never passed any solid stuff after day 2. It was butt pee city for me. If you're still passing solid stuff after 45 days I would say that you definetly need to address the colon cleasning issue with a vegence. I would say that you are a prime candidate for a series of colonics.

Please consider my suggestion above and start getting into the mindset about the "rebuilding faze". Loosing a lot of weight in a short time without exercising is simply "not healthy" and you'll wind up will a mess of loose skin that will be extremely dificult if not practically impossible to tone up specialy if you start wasting away good muscle tissue.
