Re: Thanks
One place to start looking is to find one of Somers post and click all of Somers mesages and start looking at her stuff starting several months back. She pretty much keep a diary of her journey on this forum. If any of her msgs allow you to send her email just ask her. She's a pretty good doobie and I have no doubt she would be happy to help you and give you her regimen.
The other thing you need to do to keep the ball rolling is if you don't already own a juicer then run and buy one. It will be the greatest single investment you will make towards a healthy lifestyle. Also there is a juice fasting forum on Curezone unfortunately it gets very little traffic. Lot's of info on the net on
juicing so research research research....
My favorite juice recipe is as follow.
5 to 8 carrots depending on size
2 stalks of celery
1/4 or less red beet
a bunch of parsley where the stems are about the thickness
of the tip of my little finger.
one or 2 apples
Some times I'll add ginger
Not only is this an awesome drink nutritionally but it also tastes great!! Word of warning the beet will color your poop red so not you ain't having no internal bleeding. Beets are both very strong tasting and pretty a intense liver cleanser so it's better to err on the side of less that to over do it.
