Hi Bellecour, I am starting a 40 day fast tonight the 4th of July also and could do with some support, mostly to keep me accountable.. Have started and completed a few fasts, the longest was 23 days but have failed alot recently. Hoping to hear from anyone who is Water Fasting at the minute and hope to reply everyday with updates.. Good luck with your fast too :)
