Hi Archus! The thing is ... it has not taken me long to get sick from bad foods! I started taking the metformin for Pcos after my 1st fast and what a mistake. Any medicine seems to cause severe cystic Acne within a few days. On top of processed food I am miserable! I start my fast in a few minutes here... I have to check on the moon cycles that's for that info!
