If your body fat % was lower I almost guarantee your weight would come down. if you lost the weight one of two ways... (fasting or weight training)
I would aim at 20-25% for an averagely fit female who is active. I mean lower is great but its more for those who are athletically inclined.
The only way that BF percent is going to drop would be fasting or weight training - obviously do not do the two at the same time ever as it will eat your muscles.
I say that only fasting specifically and not just general weight loss as fasting targets fat (particularly a few days of dry fasting as fat is used as a source of pure water for the body - where as
Water Fasting the body uses external water source and also does consume lean muscle mass) - where as with general weight loss women generally tend to loose weight, but they stay the same body composition - i.e. if one was 182lb with BF%34 - when they loose with general weight loss and diet they might go to 160lbs but still be 34% BF... do you get me?
Its about shedding the fat - especially the stuff we can't see around our valuable organs!
