Re: Day 5 Dry fasting

Hello hello!

Sorry I have been MIA ... I've been dealing with so much this last week. I too will be fasting again this week. I'm going to do a 5 day dry as well monday-friday. However, I can say that my weight increased very rapidly after dry fasting. All my Water Fasting weight stayed off.

However, I broke the fast on a gallon of water. I drunk a gallon or so for a few days. Then I had a dream that water is poisonous for us. That the water is floating around our cells killing us. It was very weird. The only water that doesn't scare me is distilled and I'm only going to drink that per thirst after exercise. Otherwise I'll get my water from fruit.

The positives outcomes I've had since the fast are that I've stopped eating meat and eggs (which I didn't do too much of before anyway). I've been able to eat strawberries and watermelon, and a little cantalope ( Super excited about this ).

I have to eat the fruit as mono meals though or they close my throat up.

I still have a cashew issue but its getting better. Although I believe it is truly a magnesium deficiency. I have been taking a tablespoon of Epsom Salt a day. I was probably eating 1.5 lbs of them a day before the fast, now I'm about .5 lbs plus fruits. I stopped drinking water and feel sooooo much better.

Also, I can no longer tolerate cooked food well. It's like a dead weight sitting in my belly! It's just plain awful. But raw fruit was been awesome to me.

How have you been?

I'm excited that we will be fasting together!
