I'm getting ready to start in the next several days, and this is what I plan on doing. I heard it's not as powerful as the salt flush, but you can still do it. That salt is just tooooooooooooooootooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo NASTY!!!!!!!!!!!! for me. Seriously. It's the nastiest thing and the hardest thing I've had to put myself through (I think).
