well, I just read a couple of your posts on sinus congestion/iodine. I'm congested too and I have been thinking of trying this...so I DID! A couple of drops of Lugol's in warm water in a bowl, up the schnoz...it seems to be working....stings a bit like wasabi(hurts so good).
BTW, wasn't me with the Iodine in the ears. It was Molly. I'm going to try that too, but I'll put a couple drops in water, or oil. NOT full strength:)
