Hello and welcome!

It sounds likely that you have a mixed parasite infection and not just pinworms. Speaking from experience, they can get almost anywhere in the body but from your symptoms, I'd have to agree with ICU that you likely suffering with other BUGgers and not just pins.

Vicks VapRub works well for nose worms. I put some on my nostrils especially before bed and have had very good success with this.

I'll use my crystal ball here....lol...I bet you've done herbal parasite cleanses in the past....maybe zappers? Am I right?

A suggestion would be to repost with all your symptoms and what you have tried. This way you will, hopefully, get more information. The better your info, the better the advice.
