There seems to be a conflict there doesn't there. There really isn't. We judge ourselves. All our torments and "eternal" suffering is what we have created and will create for ourselves until we walk the path that Jesus walked. You have created everything that has ever happened to you and that is what Jesus is talking about in the passages you quoted.

We will all eventually return to god.

I'll stand on Jesus' words in both John 5:22 and 8:15 - and you cannot find anything that he said that disagrees with these passages below.

John 5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:

John 8:15 Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
