He also didn't say,

"John 8:15 Ye judge after the flesh; I [will never] judge [any] man.

Saying "if" doesn't rule it out. Let me give you an example.

(if a young man says)"I have sex with no woman, but if I do, it will be when I'm married."

It means he's just waiting until the time is right. Not that it will never happen.
