consistent meditation works!

I've made a 20 minute meditation and ritual part of my pre-work routine. Somehow the message that if I make time for the Lord and Lady in my life, they will make time for me came through. I have a special appreciation for St. Martin de Porres to give me a compassion for my present time work as a nurse in an old folks' home. What I resist, persists and I've been resisting the idea of continuing to work in a sometimes hostile work environment.

I am allowing myself to continue to work as a nurse and develop my writing and my spirituality and eat more rawfoods. The pre-work anxiety dominates me less and less. Living my life in moon cycles seems to be working well and I'm keeping my eyes on the prize...of enlightenment and perfect uniion with the Divine which we all come from.

I have settled in this earthly body and one day I will "die" and return to the Divine Eternal Source of all Energy, all that good and perfect enlightenment. Being debt free is one of my earthly concerns that will make me less anxious and as such I hope to develop my manifesting powers.

Meditation works.
