Have to be careful with that vitamin A on your skin. Since you say it promotes cell growth and cell division, if you are outside in the sun a lot during these "cell divisions", the UV from the sun may cause DNA mutations during cell division leading to skin cancer on your lips.

Cartainly dont want that in addition to what you already have.
