My Healing Journey from Stage 3C Adrenal Exhaustion

I have suffered from severe adrenal fatigue (stage 3C) and I'm on my road to recovery.
What caused my adrenal fatigue?
Well, for starters, there was an automobile accident in the third trimester of my mom's pregnancy that I believe imprinted me with an anxious and fundamentally insecure nature. I have a family history of ADD and was prescribed stimulant (Ritalin, Provigil) medicines to help me succeed in college. In my adult life, I struggled with low paying jobs and strongly determined myself to become successful at running my own business. I have run a high-pressure, high-tech consulting business independently for 4 years with ZERO "work life balance".
Over 5 years of doing stressful work I didn't really enjoy, while taking stimulants and adaptogenic herbs, and taking up ultra-high-adrenaline hobbies like mountain biking and back country snowboarding..
all thatreally wore down my adrenal glands.
By 2007 year I was in Stage 1 (alarm), 2008 - 2010 was in Stage 2 fatigue being propped up by stimulants and adaptogens. I was also suffering from catabolic wasting and my attempts to build muscle at the gym and on the trail evaporated and deteriorated.
I didn't know my misery was called "adrenal fatigue" until September 2011, after a day of ruthlessly stressful business negotiations on borderline adrenal reserve, I had a severe Level 4 crash. It caused crazy levels of hypoglycemia, blood sugar scares, and severe depression and energy loss leaving me unable to work or leave the house for almost 5 days.
it was a real wake up call. I did frantic internet research.
During october I took a bunch of glandulars and adaptogens but then I statred to read about Dr. Lam's protocol of gentle nutrients. I stopped taking the licorice, ashwaganda, glandulars and all that... and switched over to Vitamin C and panthetine.
Sadly, due to the adrenal fatigue loss of my business income and my savings account, I didn't have the money to work with Dr. Lam or afford his name-brand supplements.
I have been ordering my own and trying to get the "dosage & delivery systems" down right, using intuition and online information.

1200 milligrams of panthetine + 1200 milligrams of pantheonic acid (in a mixed Panthetine Complex pill from Vitamin Shoppe)
100mg B6
800 I.U. of Vitamin E
300mg Magnesium citrate
2000 I.U. Vitamin D
Omega-3 - 1 capsule 4x a day
Minerals - vietnamese-style beef bone broth 2x a day, kelp capsule 1x a day
10 min Gentle breathing Meditation 2x - 4x a day
Yoga 1 - 3x a day
This plan is had working very well for me. I have been on it 30 days, since November 1st. I was going through preparation and honeymoon cycles and feeling better than I'd ever felt in years. My adrenal reserve improved, my mood soared, my salt cravings diminished, and my appetitie and energy for yoga and chores were way up.
On Monday, I did some stressful high-tech consulting work to pay the bills and it caused a Level 3 crash.
I think when my adrenal reserves pick up a little but I may try and introduce pregnenalone into the mix to give my adrenals further support.
