I am staying away from weights for now and mostly doing walking and yoga. Before my crash on Monday... I had lots of energy and was feeling GREAT and able to handle stressors much better. I have to remember that the crash is temporary and I'll get back there soon.
I have lots TONS of collagen, and the new low carb AF diet has caused me to get as thin as a stick.
Basically, my whole lifestyle before this was work 15+ hours a day... read horrific internet news to keep me stimulated... eat carbs... and then on the weekend... go mountain biking or shredding double-black ski slopes to keep the adrenal fix high and fight through the fatigue and stress. Or going to trance parties and dancing all night.
Can I ever go back to activities like mountain biking and weight lifting - AFTER I cure the adrenal fatigue? Or have sex? Or does my whole lifestyle have to change forever on?
