Re: My Healing Journey from Stage 3C Adrenal Exhaustion
It doesn't take much salt for me; maybe about 1/8 tspn which, with the stuff I have, translates into about 155mg sodium, 1.5mg magnesium, 260mg chloride, .5mg potassium. If I need more, doubling it to 1/4 tspn isn't too extreme. I usually combine it with something sweet, like a hershey's kiss or something like that. Eventually, I'd like to replace that with something else, but for now, that's what it is.
I've also figured out that my anxiety/panic attacks are tied to b-vitamin imbalances, I suspect low B2. But, I can't do too much B2 because too much gives me migraines. So, in order to hit the sweet spot, I'm now experimenting w/ doing a B50 every third day, and supplementing B5 every day. When I have a good balance of Bs, I usually feel pretty good. I'm in the process of figuring out what that balance is.
Also, I would advise that you be careful with fish intake. If you're already experiencing AF, then mercury exposure could be an issue and more will only make it worse.
Question for you: what do you eat? I've recently switched to a paleo diet, but I can't figure out what to snack on. I feel like I'm always hungry and whenever I cut out grains, I drop weight like crazy. So frustrating! lol.
