Re: Very low energy and weight gain

Yes, I am envious!! Would you share everything you do for detox? I would love to speed things up.

I know that you use more coffee strength-wise than I do. I only do 1 tablespoon per cup. If I increased that, do you think it would make a difference? I don't have the gallbladder squirt sound that you talk about. Also, do you boil your coffee and water in a pan or use a coffeemaker?

Are you strict about eating all the cooked vegetables recommended? That's an area that frustrates me, not because I don't want to, but I am the cook in our household and don't feel well enough to cook everyday. When I do cook, I cook large portions of vegetables so there will be leftovers. I wish I could cook and eat them every day. My appetite is off when I'm dumping copper so that doesn't help.

You mentioned that your sister's copper was sky-high. Is she still doing NB even though she can't handle the enemas? If so, is her copper coming out really fast like yours? I just wonder if we women are slower or if it varies from person to person.

Thanks for sharing your success, Feo. It is encouraging to me.

One more question...do you feel yucky when copper is being dumped or do your detox procedures take care of that?

Thanks again,
phoenix
