If you're Hashimotos, how do you take Iodine to prevent a storm? How do I know if I have Hashimoto? I am cold whenever I take a tad of iodine. I'm taking all the supps Vit c 5gm selenium 400 mcg mag citrate 800, NAC 600 mcg, ALA, B 12 5000 mcg. salt loading and still get cold with a pinch of any form of iodine. What can I do?
