Of course there is conflict of interest...LOL. Life holds many. Here is the main and yet simple thing. Eating a Raw Food lifestyle is a journey. No two journey's are the same. Each of us have to listen to our bodies to discern what is best for us. In Set's case set is having cravings for seafood and things. Although it is not initial detox you get when you first start to cleanse the body but this craving for cook foods is a detox symptom. You have to understand that it takes anywhere from 3-5 years to cleans the body of toxins. From what has been posted we are ASSUMING that b12 COULD BE the culprit. If this is the case, one could suggest to Set to increase b12 consumption by eating more mushrooms, seaweeds such as wakame, nori, dulse, etc.. Making smoothies with spirulina, blue green algae and chlorophyll. Then increasing energy by including more fats such as coconut oil, flax oil, and olive oil. Working towards gain more weigh and muscle by including more nuts. And of course maintain at least 2 bunches of greens daily. The latter is an necessity. With the exception of those who choose only fruit.
Our main problem here is we don't know what Set is really eating and how much of it. Many Raw Fooders do not eat the gourmet meal route which is rich in variety. Some eat mono. Only fruit or only vegetables. Some eat enough to provide all that is needed for their bodies and some do not and do not know what they need until they run into problems. These problems can be corrected with the proper guidence.
So with this many variations it is understandable why there are soooooooooo many conflicts of interest. Within them there are very few wrong answers. There are only the answers that are right for you individually.
