I've done mineral tests in the past. Currently I'm working with someone and have decided to stick to it, as following random advices (even if they are trough) can make things much more complicated (as in my case).
I'm afraid I can't tolerate much of what you have suggested. I can have Sea Salt but I need potassium and that's a way to get it.
I was thinking about kelp today tough.
From 3-4 days I started to get rage/irritability/racing mind/finger clenching symptoms from meat also and virtually any food.
Since then I've done some changes in my supps but sure which is the reason.
I substituted oral B12 for sublingual B12. May this be the reason?
