If you think that doing the fast is the motivation you will need to kick the habits, and you don't go over board, then maybe it will help you. A lot of getting healthy is physcological. I still am not a big believer in extended water fasts. You are taking some supplements, but it is still a water fast. Two months is a long time. I don't have much experience with long fasts, but if I remember correctly, your metabolism gets slowed way down so you may put back on the weight when you start eating again. If you are worried you have candida then you need to be on some anti-fungals too. You can cut out some of the candida foods and still eat healthy. Candida symptoms are pretty general - just because you crave junk foods doesn't mean you have it. Whatever you decide to do, the important thing is to not give up if you have bad days. Just because you eat junk food one day doesn't mean you need to go on a junkfood bender. Just resolve to try harder tomorrow and don't get too down on yourself.
