Well, today I saw my naturopath, who thought that my Acne are more hormone related.

I have been cleansing my body for some time, I am on a strict healthy Diet and I still get Acne that are more severe that I used to have even six months ago.

What would you recommend to do next?

I set an appointment with my doctor next week, but I really would like to know how to control hormonal acne.
