these are Richard Schulze 's 20 steps to a healthier life.

He currently has on his website a free book with further info on these steps updated

while there be sure to sign up for his free motivational and interesting audio cassette called get well, also get his catalogue and sign up for his free bi-monthly newsletter or call 1-800-herbdoc and ask for these thing

and now the 20 steps (do add these into your list of things to do and consume and practice
He says

useless ideas unless put into practice and made a part of your daily life. Those who did not get well always thought I was kidding and didn't pay attention to this list. 1. Pure water (1-2 litres. of well filtered water everyday, not tap water)
2. Fresh vegetable juice 1 litre. everyday (Buy a Juice Extractor)
3. STOP eating ALL animals and animal products
4. Eat more live, raw foods (eg. broccoli is better raw than cooked)
5. Bowel Cleansing (Intestinal Detoxification Program)
6. 5 day Cleansing and Detox Program (Liver/Kidneys)
