Note I never mention water. I don't drink it unless it is made with concentrated juice.
Even at 16-32 ounces of liquid daily I notice the BODY hates having extra liquids thrown down the mouth, you will pee them out in minutes, not hours later unless you go to sleep after drinking.
I also took 4 LBB capsules.
When the oranges come in on the 6th, then I will enjoy drinking MORE. I also am taking about 1 tablespoon of the Iodine Formula per day and that has been it for the first 2 days. On day 3 I will take a little natural Lecithin, etc. but will try to list daily what I stick in my mouth.
Today we went sking; I was pleased that my leg/ankle that I smashed up last Spring seems OK. It hurt the most squeezing my foot into the tight heavy boots, otherwise, the broken bones seem to have meaned well and caused no discomfort. I was worried that sking would be too hard on the bones, but all seems fine. The boots and skis feel like they are made of lead and should when your daily shoes weigh less than a pound.
