Since I juice a week's supply of juice at one time and have a 5 gallon bucket of Longevity Spices setting on the counter, the fasting experience has became "everyday" in that it is just normal an nothing to talk about anymore. The fasting video and files are becoming more about doing this or that and not so much bout fasting anymore. Fasting is so simple, you can only talk about it to a certain point.
I guess the biggest issue is awareness, the more you fast, the more you kind of just sit back and take a look at life around you and watch what happens. I guess this may not be a common thing written in the fasting books, or at least ones I read on the open market here in the states. Most books only look at the disease/cure aspects and then consider the fast over.
To ponder your life's experiences 24/7 in relationship to the effects of the fast, is a bit of a challenge and who would ever believe such theories or speculation anyway.
