Every Good Book

Every good book should be a cure for all, in that, the author can't help but describe the cure for all. Such is the case for the too thin people.

Example:

------------

The too-thin person should not eat warmed-over, cooked foods, whether animal or vegetable. Such foods are the “deadest” imaginable. Keep the idea of “Life” and freshness always in mind. Keep also in mind that foods ought to be fresh enough to be palatable without adding condiments of any kind, unless it be a very little salt. Learn to like natural vegetarian foods for their inherent or natural flavors and to eat them in their entirely natural state, less adhering dirt, as freely as desire dictates.

---------

The Bible has the MANNA STORY for a reason, eating dead food, is a deadly habit that most parents feed their children...
