A question has been: how do we balance the calcium / magnesium / potassium / sodium /phosphorus balance and if I had the answer I would be a Nobel prize winner!
That is very tough; my way of doing that is using foods. A lot because foods will not over do, because when you over do these essential minerals; not trace minerals, but essential; you can tip the boat one way or another. So to kind of balance it out using foods; is a good thing to do.
If you need sodium; Celery is the highest plant we have in sodium. You can use milk from a goat. A goat is a sodium animal; so the whey from the goat is high sodium; as well as high potassium, but there’s different foods that you can use, that will help balance these things out and this even helps with bone and scars.
Phosphorus is a little bit tougher; normally we will use a liquid phosphorus called ultra phosphorus; to try to balance that out. Normally the ratio they use is calcium 100; magnesium 50; potassium 25 and sodium as 12.50. So you see they use that as; half / half / half / half and that just a ball park and that all the phosphorus can be in the same range as the sodium is, but sometimes they need phosphorus and sometimes they don’t.
You can call this diet a healing diet, because you can use this diet for cancers and other illnesses that are sever. Sometimes you use raw fruits; just fruits in them selves. Just put them on raw fruit for a while; those are again electrolytes; so what are we doing; are we giving the body some spark and some growth just by food. A lot of times you can do a lot just by food; just like I was saying; to balance out the essentials; just by using the right and the proper foods to do so and you want foods that are high in certain things and remember there is a rule of thumb.
You can use lets say; to get magnesium in the diet; magnesium is noted as an orange food .............................................................
