i figured after 21 days i would try eating 1 meal per week. we have a birthday party for a "special" 4 year old girl, so starting this weeken i will eat 1 meal weekly and see how that goes. i have been so busy i didn't realize it was past 21 days.
i am still drinking the juice of the oranges we got for the dr. mom seminar back december 6th. i have not even tasted the honey bells yet, so i have a long ways to go! the fasting sprays have worked well and i have learned allot about weight loss, verses fear, thanks to the too thin book and my fasting...i am connecting the dots and am learning more and more, that our body mass is mostly determined by our nerve force and not really what we eat or don't eat.
i don't think anyone can really starve to death, but kills them selves via their nerves. the secret to longevity, must be having control of your nerves.
