WHEN using the sputnik zappers, they give you an education about your nerves inside your intestines. You will experience the right leg being zapped 95% of the time the sputnik is in and when the sputnik is ready to exit, your left leg will start to be zapped.

In great health your zapper will exit in less than 12 hours. in poor health your zapper may stay in for 3-7 days. When zapping while 'fasting", it may stay in 24 hours only because it does not have food behind it pushing it.....thus you get your greatest value while fasting.

I do not promote electronic anything for human health beyond the occasional use of the internal sputnik only because it blows the stones and worms out of the pancreas, making it extremely valuable.
