Book I

Hi M.H., I hope you all are doing fine.

Two days ago I finished BOOK I and completely filled the study guide.

I also tried to fill out the online study guide and email it to you,

but it didn't work. So, I would like to know if there is another way

to give you my study guide.

About BOOK- I

This book was a REVOLUTION for me.

People around me are buying fancy clothes, make up, jewelries and
etc., but I'm buying books whenever I've the money because everything
else is emptiness for me. So, everybody knows me as a very "weird"
person and they are calling me a "health freak" just because I stay
away from foods or things that are harmful. I teach my kids too, but
it's very hard for them because of peer pressure (all the kids are
calling them "health freak" too).

FOOD COMBINING – that's what was confusing for me and what I wanted to
learn about. I was very sad when I found out that I was feeding my
kids the wrong way (even though I'm buying everything organic).

Bread – it's the main part of my meal. We eat a lot of bread (even
though the last 3 years I haven't bought anything that is made with
refined or bleached flour). That's how I was raised after 8 yrs of
age- in a kingdom of refined and bleached breads (I ate bread with
everything or else my parents would be really upset). And we ALWAYS
combined protein and starch together. Sad, huh?

Now I understand why my grandma lived up to 117 years but non of her 6
children passed 84 so far (3 of them are still alive). The last time
I've seen her was 98 in very good health with perfect eyesight (she
was sewing blankets and was always alert.) She never went to a Dr. in
her life, never had the flue; no arthritis, no heart or other problems
in her life except for rare occasions she had an intestinal problem
–maybe from the wrong combination of foods or from parasites). She
was doing weird herbal treatments for that. I still remember she was
burning some herbs and was putting it under the chair (the top was
removed) and was sitting on the chair awhile in the bathroom before
the shower. The heat and smoke of the herb was curing her instantly.
But the main secret of my grandma, at least I guess, was
that she was eating very little and only one type of food (organic)
from the colorful table.
She was not eating meat, she hated it (only a few times in her
lifetime that we forced her-she ate very little piece). In Iran,
where I was born everything was organic; fruit and vegetable was the
main food there. No refrigerator – every morning we were buying our
fruit or vegetables fresh from farmers markets – we never had food for
the next day, we were just buying anything for the same day. Even most
of the time we, only our morning food then we were going to
buy fresh whatever we needed for the lunch or dinner. Meat was very
expensive. I never ate canned food in Iran or ever until I left Iran.
My grandma lived in the village up to about 88 – clean air, raw fresh
foods and no city noise- then moved to the city. Her main meal
though was fresh raw milk and yogurt (esp. vegetable and fruit, then
grain and nut too).

She never tried civilized world foods (processed, esp. anything that
was packaged). She was very happy with her very simple meal.
She was walking miles (at age 98, last time I've seen her) visiting
someone or going somewhere. We use to walk from city to city visiting
our cousins.
She was a very religious Christian.
There was no toxic metals in her mouth.
She was always on her feet, very active, alert, conscious and
independent in her activities of daily living except the last one year
that she was bedridden, but still with a conscious mind – that's what
our cousins told us.
All of her 3 sisters lived civilized world disease free lives without
pain, without any drugs or operation. Only one of them died at age 97,
the others lived longer. Interestingly they looked very young for
their age.
She had no education, so I don't think she knew about
health otherwise she would have taught her children (after 70 yrs of
age they all had multiple sicknesses).
She just had a simple lifestyle.
As her children got use to civilized world foods, they got weak, sick
and their children (us) even weaker and sicker. And we (as
grandchildren) have even more unhealthy kids. The proof of that is
their cavities and frequent colds no matter how good of a hygiene they
have.

It is true, the generation is getting weaker and sicker.
Only 7 years ago I became suspicious on doctors because every time my
kids had a flue, the Dr. was telling me to give them a lot of 7-up and
she was prescribing Antibiotics without knowing its viral or bacterial

infection. I already knew about soft drinks (aspartame and etc.).

It's more than 2 years (after my daughter got anaphylactic
reaction from amoxillin) my kids have no doctor because I realized I
can be much more helpful than those doctors and dentists. I just
cleanse their body from toxins and give supportive drinks (fresh veg.
or fruit drinks).
That's all. My 15 yr old son already knows how to fast on liquids and
how to do enema to himself. And he refuses to get any vaccine
(sometimes at school they are requesting a vaccine for some stupid
reasons). I taught my kids.
I was naïve and had no knowledge that's why I let them to give all
those childhood vaccines and mercury amalgams.

I'm sorry for writing this long.

Thanks for your titanic mission, GOD bless you and your work,

########
