The best of the best is this, I have read it many times by man past doctors:
Experiment and seek to eat the least amount of food possible...medical pretty much settled on 11 ounces of food daily as ENOUGH.....the sicker we are, the more we eat.
Fasting 1 month per year is GREAT GOAL.
Fasting 1 day per week is fantastic.
Eating 1 meal daily is more than enough.
Herbal-wise? Herbs of a wide variety with a sample of every plant mineral gives the liver the ability to make Co-Q10 that was discovered the year I was born....1957 and they believe each creature makes a differant form of Co-Q10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 and we humans make 10. Ginseng being a prime herb, but later synthisized by the Japanese that make it out of tobacco plants and end up with the yellow Co-Q10 commercial capsules.
Original Co-Q10 was made out of beef hearts at a rate of $1,000 per dose.....and that is what got the attention of the Japanese.
