I disagree. First of all natural sources of vitamin C tend to be much stronger and more stable than the synthetic ascorbic acid people call vitamin C. Secondly people frequently believe that we have to megadose to get benefits. This is the same backward concept the doctors use when prescribing drugs. Gee the adrenals are not putting out enough steroids so lets load the patient up with Prednisone as a replacement and really screw them up.
The fact is that we do not need massive doses of vitamins or minerals. This is the exact reason that the body works so hard to eliminate the excess vitamins and minerals it cannot use when people megadose. And all this work is just more stress on an already taxed system.
By the way I also recommend adaptogens in conjunction with the amla and B pollen as well as avoiding stimulants, glandulars, steroids and minimizing stress. I have seen this work so many times for adrenal dysfunction.
