Juicing can be very beneficial. For me, personally, I drank over a quart of veggie juice everyday for a few years, but now I really don't have a taste for it.
Don't go overboard with the crucifers, since they have goitrogens that inhibit the thyroid's Iodine uptake. I used to be a raw foodist, and I met several people who developed goiter because they were drinking tons of veggie juice with broccoli, spinach, kale, etc.
