I agree. I tried herbs, adaptogens, all organic food, "whole food organic" multi-vitamins, homeopathy and have only gotten worse over the last 7 years.
Rhodiloa (organic mind you) made for feel great for a few weeks and then I crashed big time.
I am finally making some progress with Dr Lam's protocol.
I still eat organic food, but there are limited nutrients in even organic food compared to nutrients available in the stuff that Dr Lam uses.
